  • Offering 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN, helping them manage their emotions and stay on track with their studies.
  • Assisting the class teacher in creating a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Promoting emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and encouraging active engagement in lessons.
  • Building strong relationships with students to provide consistent emotional and academic support.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.

Candidate fit
