Job description

This Account Manager role is focused on providing classroom support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. It would suit someone who can bring preferred supplier to more than 20 boroughs across the UK to the role.

How the role is set up

Due to the nature of these opportunities, candidates must be able to commit to working 3 or more days per week. Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.

Where someone would start

Providing classroom support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The primary schools we work with in Helsby and Frodsham are welcoming and community-focused, with strong support systems in place for both staff and pupils. New Directions Education are currently seeking committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across primary schools in Helsby and Frodsham.

What helps someone build confidence

Preferred supplier to more than 20 boroughs across the UK.

What is expected

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).
  • Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable).
  • Monitoring and recording pupil progress where required.
