What the role involves
- Supporting students with their learning across a range of subjects.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Help students complete tasks and stay focused in lessons.
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence.
- Supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
Skills and requirements
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- A genuine passion for supporting learning and development.
- Relevant education, childcare, or support experience is beneficial.
Confirmed role details
- £95 – £115 per day (depending on experience).
