- Provide individual and small-group support for pupils with PMLD, MLD, and SLD.
- Assisting teachers with adapting classroom activities to meet complex learning needs.
- Supporting pupils with personal development, routines, and structured learning activities.
- Work closely with teaching staff and specialist teams to promote pupil progress.
- Help maintain a safe, calm, and inclusive learning environment.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience supporting pupils with PMLD, MLD, or SLD is desirable.
- Good understanding of additional learning needs and inclusive support strategies.
- Support methods to suit individual pupils.
- Calm, patient, and caring approach when working with pupils with complex needs.
