As a Learning Support Assistant, the work centres on in this role, you will support pupils with additional needs to engage with learning, overcome challenges and achieve their personal best. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

- Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
