What needs to be in place
- Have previous experience supporting children or young people or vulnerable adults.
- Have a strong understanding of Autism and learning difficulties, including behaviour regulation and sensory needs.
- Hold the right to work in the UK and can provide two references, including one recent reference from education or care.
Job details
- Work with a small class, delivering tailored 1:1 and group support, helping pupils develop communication, independence, and confidence in learning in this term-time only role.
- £463 - £500 per week PAYE (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications).
- Join a warm, experienced SEN team, benefit from excellent facilities, and gain meaningful experience in a school that prioritises staff support and pupil progress.
