Skills and requirements

• Be a team player with experience of working as a LSA/TA within upper Key Stage 2 or as a LSA/TA in a secondary school.

• patience, clear communication, classroom awareness, and confidence supporting learners

• Be working with a wide range of students with varying SEND needs who are academically able.
