Where the work sits

You may provide support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping pupils access the curriculum, manage behaviour and build confidence. Responsibilities Providing targeted 1:1 or small-group support.

• Prospero Teaching are working with supportive schools across the Wallasey area who are seeking full-time Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for long-term roles starting in February.
• A dedicated consultant focused on finding the right role for you.
• Schools are looking for calm, patient and proactive LSAs who can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.

What needs to be in place

• Experience supporting children with additional needs (essential).
• Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
