Lecturer focuses on support marketing and recruitment events, engage in cpd, and uphold safeguarding, health & safety and college policies, with additional leadership duties where qualified.

Skills and requirements
- Degree or Level 5 qualification in English, GCSE English and maths (Grade 4/C+), with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed) or willingness to achieve.
- English Teaching & Learner Outcomes – Recent experience teaching and assessing GCSE English, with strong classroom management skills and a proven ability to motivate learners.

Confirmed role details
- Salary is between £33,048 and £38,169 per annum DOE and Qualifications.
- Note – Salary and annual leave entitlement is for that of a Qualified Lecturer.
- 37 hours per week – 52 weeks per year.
- Permanent – Full Time.

- Provide timely feedback and tutorials, and promote positive behaviour, attendance and independent learning.
- Support & Learner Engagement – Assess and track learner progress effectively.
