Skills and requirements
- Whilst teaching experience is an advantage, we welcome applicants who hold a wealth of industry knowledge and skills to pass on to our students.
- Hold a formal Hairdressing qualification to Level 3 and an Assessor Award.
- Level 2 or 3 Barbering qualifications and experience will be an advantage.
- A teaching qualification is desirable, although full training to obtain teacher training qualifications will be supported if you are not yet qualified.

- We are seeking to appoint a skilful, dedicated, and enthusiastic part-time lecturer to join our hairdressing and barbering team at Barnfield College in Luton.
- The contract is 14.8 hours per week, which can include evening sessions.
