Lecturer in Plumbing – Full Time

This Lecturer in Plumbing opportunity is built around we currently deliver Level 1 and Level 2 Plumbing programmes and are excited to be expanding our offer to include Level 3 Plumbing from September 2026. It would suit someone who can bring supporting lesson-by-lesson logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

What you would be doing

We currently deliver Level 1 and Level 2 Plumbing programmes and are excited to be expanding our offer to include Level 3 Plumbing from September 2026. Deliver high-quality practical and theory-based sessions across these programmes and support learners to achieve their full potential. Be expected to contribute to the achievement, progress and wellbeing of all students through high-quality teaching, assessment and pastoral support.

What you need

• Experience of working with young people and adult learners in a Further Education or training environment would be advantageous, as would experience of assessing apprenticeships.
• Experience within the plumbing industry is essential.
• The department has strong achievement rates and works closely with employers to ensure learners develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required for employment and further stu.
