Lecturer

The Lecturer position centres on at Kingston College, we are seeking a Lecturer to teach across a range of levels from Level 1 through to Degree level, with a focus on the T Level in Early Years and Childcare. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

Role overview

T levels are predominantly exam based and therefore we seek an innovative practitioner to design engaging assignments with practical work placements that inspire learners. Also contribute to internal verification processes and participate in external verification activities.

Ensure that all health and safety policies and placement requirements are adhered to at all times. At Kingston College, we are seeking a Lecturer to teach across a range of levels from Level 1 through to Degree level, with a focus on the T Level in Early Years and Childcare.

Education skills and requirements

• With an industry background in Early Years and School Provisions (SEN experience is desirable)and a relevant degree or professional qualification, you will hold a teaching qualific.
• An assessor qualification such as CAVA or TAQA is required, along with an awareness of academic quality standards.
• Have excellent teaching skills and experience of delivering on higher education programmes, with the ability to support, motivate and empathise with learners while effectively moni.
