Lecturer focuses on work with post 16 learners, helping them build the reading, writing, speaking and listening skills they need to succeed in gcse or functional skills qualifications.

What the role involves

• Work with post 16 learners, helping them build the reading, writing, speaking and listening skills they need to succeed in GCSE or Functional Skills qualifications.
• Deliver engaging lessons that support learners with a wide range of starting points and experiences.
• Working closely with Learning Support Assistants, you will adapt your teaching so that every student can take part and make progress.

Confirmed role details

• This permanent, Part Time position has an actual salary ranging from £25,306.40 (T1) to £36,272.80 (T11), depending on qualifications and experience.
• The Full Time equivalent for this scale is £31,633 to £45,341.
• Teachers’ Pension Scheme (TPS) currently offering 28.68.% employer contribution.
• Free Onsite parking at all sites.
