Legal Counsel – Corporate M&A

Corporate M&A is looking for a Legal Counsel, with the role focused on providing legal support across a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A and other strategic transactions. It would suit someone who can bring known for professionalism, integrity and a proactive, "can‑do" mindset to the role.

Contribute to the development of the Legal & Secretariat team through knowledge sharing, training, mentoring and on boarding. Excellent opportunity to join a leading global business.

Provide legal support across a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A and other strategic transactions. Assisting with legal and governance change initiatives and process improvement projects aligned with key business objectives. Maintaining and develop legal templates, playbooks, procedures and know‑how materials.

What is expected

• Qualified solicitor with atleast 3 years post‑qualification experience, comfortable operating in demanding environments and delivering pragmatic advice.

• Undertake legal research as required.

Job details

• Hybrid working (3 days in the office).

• Competitive salary of £85,000-£95,000.
