Skills and requirements

• Relevant legal, paralegal, conveyancing, casework, or administrative experience may be useful.

Candidate fit

• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• 5+ years' PQE in corporate law.
• Strong technical ability with experience handling complex transactions.

• Work on a broad range of corporate matters, advising a diverse client base that includes owner-managed businesses, high-growth companies, and institutional clients.
• Mergers and acquisitions (share and asset sales and purchases).
