What the role involves

• A leading TMT organisation is seeking a Legal Counsel to support the launch of new products.
• Ensure they meet all legal, regulatory, and FCA requirements.
• Help ensure that new consumer offerings are taken to market in apliant, fair, transparent, and FCA‑aligned manner.
• Provide guidance on FCA‑regulated matters and Consumer Credit Act requirements.
• Review Terms & Conditions.
• Supporting with billing‑related legal issues.

Skills and requirements

• 4+ years’ experience (guideline) in consumer law, regulatory law, tels or financial services.
• Experience supporting transformation programmes is beneficial.

Confirmed role details

• 12‑month contract with potential extension.
• Hybrid working (London or Berkshire).

• Advise on bringing consumer products to market legally andpliantly.
• Shape customer journeys from a legal and regulatory perspective.
