The Legal Counsel position centres on advises the Company on corporate, commercial, M&A, regulatory, antitrust, public procurement, compliance, IP and other legal issues relating to UKIN Cluster. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Where the technical work sits

  • Advises the Company on corporate, commercial, M&A, regulatory, antitrust, public procurement, compliance, IP and other legal issues relating to UKIN Cluster.
  • Advise the Company on legal/contractual rights/responsibilities for high risk/profile contracts.
  • Develop/approve an action plan.

Technical requirements

  • Will require a high degree of professionalism and involve interactions with high level business and functional leaders throughout Western Europe.
  • Fluency in any other EMEA languages preferred.
  • Strong understanding of local laws and regulations of countries in cluster.
