• Delivering quality Legionella risk assessments to the highest professional standards.
• Maintain accurate compliance records through delivery excellence.
• Provide clear, practical recommendations to support compliance and risk reduction.
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional, expert service.
• Supporting operational delivery to ensure contractual and compliance commitments are consistently achieved.
• Conduct assessments in accordance with ACOP L8 (4th Edition), HSG, HSG, BS-1: and HTM 04-01 guidance.

Skills and requirements

• A City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong working knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG, HSG, BS-1 and HTM 04-01 compliance frameworks.
• Excellent IT literacy, including experience using digital reporting systems.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
