- Process, and program structure for the UK market.
- Coordinating program tasks across in-market teams including Customer Success (CS), Account Management (AM), Sales, and other operational support teams.
- Maintain lending standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for the Square Loans Product.
- Serve as the escalation point for credit reviews, servicing requests, and/or insolvency paperwork.
- Partner with Product teams to ensure the success of the product.
- Handling escalations and define operations processes to support the Loan Operations team.
Skills and requirements
- Demonstrate a high degree of empathy for the businesses and people we serve, and bring creativity towards our procedures while maintaining a positive seller experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit operations, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of the UK commercial lending market and regulatory environment.
- Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
