Lettings Consultant

Lettings Consultant focuses on checking that void properties marked as ready to let meet our lettable standard.

What the role involves

• Checking that void properties marked as Ready to Let meet our lettable standard.
• Organise and attend accompanied viewings for prospective tenants.
• Preparing tenancy documentation and carry out tenancy sign-up appointments in line with policies and procedures.
• Update systems throughout the voids and lettings process.
• Resolving customer queries promptly, liaising with operational teams, residents, local authorities, contractors and third-party providers where required.
• Provide support to other Lettings teams and New Build Lettings functions as required.
