This Teaching Assistant role is focused on supporting teaching and learning within a Reception classroom. It would suit someone who can bring warm, reliable, and clear in communication to the role.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Be confident working within Reception and have a strong understanding of early childhood development and EYFS frameworks.

Supporting teaching and learning within a Reception classroom. Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Delivering targeted phonics sessions and supporting early literacy development.

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Familiarity with online assessment tools such as 2Simple or Tapestry.
• Proven experience working within an EYFS setting, particularly Reception.
