What the role involves

• Assisting in planning and implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring a holistic approach to child care and learning.
• Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children, encouraging their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Build strong relationships with children and parents, fostering open communication and partnership.
• Conduct observations and assessments to track and promote children's progress and development.
• Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain a high standard of care and education.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and nursery policies at all times.

Skills and requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
