- Supporting children across the nursery setting through both group activities and targeted interventions.
- Leading engaging, play-based learning experiences that promote children's development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- As a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work closely alongside colleagues to support children throughout their Early Years journey.
- Monitor children's progress, contribute to observations and assessments.
- Ensure every child receives the care and encouragement they need to flourish.
Skills and requirements
- Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in your career within an Outstanding Early Years setting?
- Do you have the confidence, initiative, and experience to support children's learning and development while leading engaging activities across the nursery environment?
- Earn up to £600 per week depending on experience.
