What the role involves

• Are you passionate about providing young children with the very best start in life, helping them develop socially, emotionally, and academically through high-quality early years pr.
• Supporting children across the nursery setting through both group activities and targeted interventions.
• Leading engaging, play-based learning experiences that promote children's development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• As a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work closely alongside colleagues to support children throughout their Early Years journey.
• Monitor children's progress, contribute to observations and assessments.
• Ensure every child receives the care and encouragement they need to flourish.

Skills and requirements

• Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in your career within an Outstanding Early Years setting?
• Do you have the confidence, initiative, and experience to support children's learning and development while leading engaging activities across the nursery environment?
• Earn up to £600 per week depending on experience.
