Level 3 Nursery Practitioner focuses on provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 0–5.

What the role involves

• Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 0–5.
• Deliver engaging age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times.
• Assisting with daily nursery routines, including meal times and personal care.

Skills and requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (Or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting (Desirable).
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
