Job description
As a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner, the work centres on supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care. It would suit someone who can bring be a role model to the children and your fellow colleagues to the role.
Who the work supports
To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 2 or above (as well as your English GCSE or Level 2 functional skills). Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years.
How support shows up
Supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care.
The approach that fits
Be a role model to the children and your fellow colleagues. Driving a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework.
What needs to be in place
