In this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns: Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Requirements

• No previous awarded qualifications at degree/masters/Level 4 (England)/HNC or above in any discipline.
• Minimum GCSE English & Maths at Level 4/Grade C or above (England candidates only).
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer and sales experience.

Job details

• At the Assessment Centre (from May 2026), we'll share the available apprenticeship teams.
• Flexibility around school pick up and drop offs.
• Initially, you'll be assessed for our Sales Operations area, focusing on your fit with Softcat, interest in the area, and transferable skills.
• Flexing the times you start and finish during the day.
