Learning support involved

Assisting in delivering individualised education plans (EHCP outcomes). Supporting pupils’ communication, behaviour regulation, and sensory needs. Help create a structured, predictable learning environment using strategies such as visual supports and routines.

Education skills and requirements

• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils who may have communication and sensory differences.
