What the role involves

• EmployerLocationWe are seeking to appoint an innovative Level 3 Teaching Assistant ready to develop their leadership skills whilst supporting teaching and learning within the class.
• We are looking to employ a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support learning through working closely with the class teacher to ensure effective teaching and learning.
• Support the class in the short-term absence of a class teacher, ensuring that there is no detrimental effect to learning.
• Need to be flexible in providing both planned and unplanned support to meet the needs of our learners.
• Be supported by a compassionate middle and senior leadership team in order to develop your own leadership skills as you act as a mentor to Teaching Assistants new to the school.

Skills and requirements

• Have experience of effective classroom management techniques.
