• Be primarily working with leveraged finance loan partners, Alex Dumphy and Ewen Scott in London, and will involve collaboration with Private Equity team and their clients as well.
• Recent experience includes: Acting for Clydesdale Bank plc and AIB Group in respect of the financing of an MBO backed by Graphite Private Equity.
• Advising Barings in relation to facilities in relation to the MBO of a water pump manufacturing company.
