As a Leveraged Finance, the work centres on leading day‑to‑day execution of leveraged finance transactions, including LBO financing, acquisition financing, and refinancings. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Manage, mentor, and develop Associates and Analysts; provide feedback, training, and oversight on deliverables. Ensure efficient workflow across deal teams; set expectations and drive strong performance culture.
How the role works day to day
Leading day‑to‑day execution of leveraged finance transactions, including LBO financing, acquisition financing, and refinancings. Supporting senior bankers in the origination of new leveraged finance mandates across sponsor and corporate clients. Overseeing preparation and review of financing materials, including lender presentations, rating agency materials, offering memoranda, and internal approval documents.
