What the role involves
- Managing the day-to-day operation of Library and Learning Centre services.
- Coordinating the work of Learning Centre Assistants.
- Support the delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Maintain library collections, catalogues and digital resources in collaboration with curriculum teams.
- Deliver library, information literacy and IT induction sessions for students and staff.
- Supporting and champion AI and digital innovation initiatives.
Skills and requirements
- A Level 3 or higher qualification in Library, Information Science or a related discipline.
