Licensing Enforcement Team Leader focuses on to assist the licensing and service support manager to prepare.

What the role involves

  • To assist the Licensing and Service Support Manager to prepare.
  • Deliver a workplan for the Team, considering relevant service-level information and intelligence as well as external partner’ information, to ensure resources are appropriately tar.
  • Develop and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team and the wider Environmental Health Service, including training programmes, mentoring, coaching.
  • Provide day to day technical support for the Licensing Enforcement Team.
  • Lead on outreach and consultation meetings with the licensed trade.
  • To represent the Licensing Service at internal and external meetings.

Skills and requirements

  • Experience of working effectively in partnership with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead others in technical and specialist areas and projects and undertake performance monitoring.
