Licensing Enforcement Team Leader focuses on to assist the licensing and service support manager to prepare.
What the role involves
- To assist the Licensing and Service Support Manager to prepare.
- Deliver a workplan for the Team, considering relevant service-level information and intelligence as well as external partner’ information, to ensure resources are appropriately tar.
- Develop and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team and the wider Environmental Health Service, including training programmes, mentoring, coaching.
- Provide day to day technical support for the Licensing Enforcement Team.
- Lead on outreach and consultation meetings with the licensed trade.
- To represent the Licensing Service at internal and external meetings.
Skills and requirements
- Experience of working effectively in partnership with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to lead others in technical and specialist areas and projects and undertake performance monitoring.
