Listings Manager focuses on conduct property valuations and market appraisals across the local area.
What the role involves
- Conduct property valuations and market appraisals across the local area.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and prospective clients.
- Support clients throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with Sales Negotiators and Sales Progressors to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
- Maintaining regular communication with vendors, providing feedback, market updates, and professional advice.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation and company procedures.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum 24 months' experience within residential estate agency.
- Proven track record of carrying out valuations and winning instructions.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
Confirmed role details
- £45,000 - £50,000 OTE (depending on experience).
- Enhanced Holiday Allowance.
- Additional Holiday Rewards for Performance & Length of Service.
