Listings Manager focuses on conduct property valuations and market appraisals across the local area.

What the role involves

• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals across the local area.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and prospective clients.
• Support clients throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with Sales Negotiators and Sales Progressors to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
• Maintaining regular communication with vendors, providing feedback, market updates, and professional advice.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation and company procedures.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum 24 months' experience within residential estate agency.
• Proven track record of carrying out valuations and winning instructions.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.

Confirmed role details

• £45,000 - £50,000 OTE (depending on experience).
• Enhanced Holiday Allowance.
