The team is looking to attract those who have experience handling fast track casualty EL/PL matters up to £25,000 in value.

The EL/PL team of this established national firm has grown significantly over the past 18 months having won a number of tenders with new clients. As a result, they are embarking on a significant recruitment exercise to grow the numbers in the team and have a number of fee earning roles within the department. In particular, the role will involve:

These roles also allow for progression and development and lead to more operational positions such as deputy team leader and team leader positions. The structure of the department is designed to progress people through the ranks and give them opportunities to develop their career further.

Fast track EL/PL experience wanted – claimant and defendant experience considered

Candidates with litigated fast track EL/PL experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Both defendant and claimant candidates will be considered. Also, there wis potential to consider those with small claims litigation experience.
