What the role involves

• Managing disclosure and evidence gathering, draft.
• Supervise instruction of experts and third‑party evidence where required.
• Prepare for mediation and other ADR processes, and liaise with counsel to develop advocacy strategy and pleadings for hearings and trials.
• Handling settlement negotiations, attend.

Skills and requirements

• With over 15 years of experience, we connect law firms and conveyancing practices with the talent they need to grow.
• Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in civil litigation, handling matters in the County Court and High Court, or equivalent contentious work in a law firm (with at leas.
• Demonstrable experience of managing multiple matters and competing priorities, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of client care under pressure.
• Familiarity with case management systems and litigation support technology, and willingness to support digital workflows.

Confirmed role details

• Salary is up to £60,000 depending on PQE and experience.
• Hybrid working also available for discussion (Bury Office).
