Care Assistant focuses on personal care : assist with personal care and promote client independence.

What the role involves

• Personal Care : Assist with personal care and promote client independence.
• Daily Living Support : Support with meals, mobility, and household tasks as outlined in the care plan.
• Emotional & Social Support: Offer companionship, emotional support, and encourage clients social and recreational engagement.
• Report health changes promptly, and adhere to organisational policies and safeguarding standards.

Skills and requirements

• Candidates must have a full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle access.
• Proven experience in providing compassionate, person-centred care to individuals living with dementia.
• Provide consistent care in accordance with agreed working patterns, demonstrating flexibility to meet the needs of the client.
• Must be able to live on-site.

• An automatic pay increase after 1 and 5 years.
