Lived Experience Learning Disability, Co Trainer – Nationwide

This Nationwide role is focused on supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, reliability, and practical judgement to the role.

How the role is set up

Our team includes over 100 Experts with Lived Experience, and we deliver essential Oliver Mc. We offer a blend of: Work from home (online delivery of Tier 1) with face-to-face delivery locally ( within 1 hour of home) of Tier 2 programmes.

Where someone would start

supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. Able to support learners with patience and structure. Co-deliver Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training.

What is expected

• Tier 2 (optional): Face-to-face sessions within around 1 hour of your home.
• Share your personal experiences in a safe, structured, and positive way.
