This Weekends role in Registered Nurse is focused on will be part of a care coordination team supporting general care processes alongside the providers. It would suit someone who can bring monitoring patient flow in the clinic; ensure that patients receive all recommended services in a timely manner to the role.

24 hour service Urgent Care and Out of Hours Service. Work though self employed or Limited Company.

Monitoring patient flow in the clinic; ensure that patients receive all recommended services in a timely manner.
