Additional role context

• Spitfire Lodge is a stunning new development of 73 retirement apartments based in Portswood and we are currently recruiting for a Lodge Manager to co-ordinate the development.
• Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll be managing both the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to Owners.
• Be the trusted, ‘go-to’ person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers and internal Churchill Colleagues.
