Pay: £12.90 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Reporting to: Customer Services Manager
We're seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Assistant to join a growing and values-led business based in Twyford. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy logistics environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in delivering excellent service to customers and colleagues alike.
Purpose of the Role
The Logistics & Customer Service Assistant plays a key part in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth delivery processes, accurate administration, and outstanding customer service. Working closely with the Customer Services Manager, you'll help maintain the business's strong reputation for quality and reliability while contributing positively to team morale and efficiency.

We're looking for someone with drive, motivation, and plenty of common sense, someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes initiative, and delivers first-class customer service. You'll be a good communicator who can think on your feet and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with the occasional bank holiday or weekend shift. Flexibility is required to cover an early shift (AM) when needed.
