Warehouse Operative focuses on loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.

What the role involves

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Picking and packing orders accurately according to customer specifications.
• Operating Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts or pallet trucks safely and correctly.
• Reporting any damaged or incorrect stock following established procedures.

Skills and requirements

• Warehouse, picking, packing, stock, dispatch, forklift, or goods-in experience may be useful.

Confirmed role details

• Work Model: Full-Time.
• Contract Type: Permanent.
• Monday - Friday 0530-1400 1/4 saturdays.

Candidate fit

• Experience working in a warehouse environment, handling heavy and/or high-value goods.
• Computer literate with experience using warehouse management systems or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience on reach truck (D2 license).
