Logistics Supervisor – Strategic Accounts

Logistics Supervisor focuses on support the key accounts team ensuring operational activities and customer shipments are managed effectively and in line with company standards.

What the role involves

• Support the Key Accounts team ensuring operational activities and customer shipments are managed effectively and in line with company standards.
• Monitoring team workload and performance, using KPIs and operational metrics to drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and high levels of customer service.
• Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1's, coaching sessions, and quarterly performance reviews to support employee development and career growth.
• Support on high priority shipments when required.
• Investigate non conformance reports, perform root cause analysis, and implement Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) to improve service quality and compliance.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Biocair’s transportation management systems, maintaining high standards of customer and shipment information.

Skills and requirements

• Experience leading Customer Care Teams.
• Experience using data to drive process and personnel improvements.
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a customer facing role.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or Life Science Industry is desirable.
