What you would be doing

Delivering Masterclasses in flagship stores and at brand events (bothconsumerfacing as well as press, media, influencers) to various size groups. Delivering retail through activity and can seamlessly switch on impromptu sessions when pre-booked activity is cancelled or under subscribed. Driving CRM & Data capture at all events/store visits to increase customer loyalty.

• Starter who creates a real buzz with the retail teams on store visits, whilst being service and experience led.
