This Low Voltage Electrical Engineer opportunity is built around supporting commissioning activities across critical electrical systems on a major nuclear project. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Who the work supports

Commission transformers, switchboards, UPS systems and large battery installations. ️Apply nuclear, electrical and industrial safety requirements during commissioning activities.

Engineering work involved

Support commissioning activities across critical electrical systems on a major nuclear project. Managing commissioning documentation, configuration control and technical records accurately. Coordinating activities with mechanical.

Technical skills and requirements

  • Capture operational experience feedback to support continuous programme improvement.
  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
  • Knowledge of LV electrical systems, testing, installation and maintenance.
