  • Dedicated consultant support throughout your placement.
  • Primary schools and early years settings across Southampton are seeking enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Nursery Practitioners to join their teams.
  • Whether you’re experienced or looking to begin your career in education or early years, this is a rewarding opportunity to support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing i.
  • Provide one-to-one support and work with small groups of children.
  • Supporting teachers or nursery staff in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
  • Assisting children with additional needs, including SEN.

Skills and requirements

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or Supporting Teaching & Learning (preferred).
  • Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
  • All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
