Luxury Sales Consultant focuses on build long lasting relationships, you might just be who we’re looking for.

What the role involves

  • Build long lasting relationships, you might just be who we’re looking for.
  • This role also entails moderate physical duties on a daily basis. We need you to be able to handle such tasks whilst working.

Skills and requirements

  • You have previous 1-2-1 sales experience and can adapt to different client needs.
  • If you have driving license, this is desirable (for possible home consultation visits with clients).

Confirmed role details

  • This vacancy is 3 days per week (22.5 hours with Wednesdays as a must to cover delivery day), but for the right candidate, this could even be a full-time position.
  • Enrolment into our Pension scheme.
  • 17 days initial holiday allowance (pro rata), plus 1 additional day for each year of service (to a maximum of 20 days per annum).

Candidate fit

  • You’re confident in your ability to effectively communicate in person and by phone.
  • You are confident, highly presentable, and with an understanding of exceptional customer service.
  • You’re confident to support our current loyal client base, as well as proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships for the gallery in person and on the phone.

Additional role context

  • You have a proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets.
  • You are highly motivated to achieve against gallery targets.
  • As personality is central to making a success of this role, we would like enthusiastic, engaging individuals who enjoy interaction with clients.
