What the role involves

• Be responsible for inspiring and developing your team to reach and surpass their own targets and follow your lead to succeed!
• Build long lasting relationships as well as motivate others to do the same, you might just be who we’re looking for.
• Lead your small team of Art Consultants to achieve sales targets throughout the year.
• Maintain a welcoming and presentable gallery.
• This role also entails moderate physical duties on a daily basis. We need you to be able to handle such tasks whilst working.

Skills and requirements

• You have previous 1-2-1 sales experience and can adapt to different client needs.
• If you have driving license, this is desirable (for possible home consultation visits with clients).

Confirmed role details

• Enrolment into our Pension scheme.
• 28 days initial holiday allowance, plus 1 additional day for each year of service (to a maximum of 33 days per annum).

Candidate fit

• You’re confident in your ability to effectively communicate in person and by phone.
• You are confident, highly presentable, and with an understanding of exceptional customer service.
• You’re confident to support our current loyal client base, as well as proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships for the gallery.
