Luxury Store Supervisor

The Luxury Store Supervisor position centres on driving and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for meeting your own sales results and KPIs. It would suit someone who can bring 20% Staff Discount across all Frasers group Stores to the role.

FLANNELS is the luxury fashion destination for men and women, home to an edit of over 200 brands from established international designers to contemporary labels. You will be comfortable juggling multiple projects, acting both decisively and instinctively, without support from managers.

Where someone would start

Driving and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for meeting your own sales results and KPIs. Self-driven to develop and maintain your own product knowledge using brand and store product information, education materials and attending training as required. Own the planning and delivery of in-store events in conjunction with the store and brands.
