Machine Operator
Job description
As a Friday, the work centres on carrying out routine machine checks and basic maintenance. It would suit someone who can bring monitoring production output and make adjustments to maintain consistency to the role.

What you would be doing
Carry out routine machine checks and basic maintenance. Supporting new team members by providing training on machinery and safe working procedures. Maintaining a clean and safe working area in line with site standards.
The working style that fits
Monitoring production output and make adjustments to maintain consistency. Reliability and willingness to work a 4‑day shift pattern including weekends. Good mechanical awareness and confidence working with machinery.
What you need
- Experience as a Machine Setter, Machine Operator, Production Operative, or similar.
- Experience in a similar role within food production or manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively.
Practical information
