Maintanance Electrician
Maintanance Electrician focuses on carry out planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across the manufacturing site.
What the role involves
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across the manufacturing site.
- Repair electrical faults on industrial machinery and plant equipment.
- Complete electrical installation work in line with the latest 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Supporting continuous improvement and plant reliability initiatives.
- Maintain maintenance records using the CMMS system.
- Assisting with the management of critical electrical spare parts.
Skills and requirements
- A recognised Electrical Apprenticeship, City & Guilds qualification or equivalent.
- Experience within heavy engineering, forging or industrial manufacturing.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement projects.
Confirmed role details
- £14.85 per hour + Shift Allowance.
- 40 hours per week (37.5 contracted hours + 2.5 hours overtime).
- Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:00pm.
